About Oakledge Park Community Association

Oakledge Park Community Association is a landmark residential enclave spanning 179 acres along the eastern shores of Lake Sunapee. Conceived and master-planned by renowned architect Noche Goubert after he moved to New Hampshire in 1969, the neighborhood blends high-end architectural design with preserved New Hampshire woodland. It stands out as one of the most distinctive private lake communities in the region.

The neighborhood consists of 62 custom single-family homes, each positioned on generous lots designed to maximize privacy and take advantage of the natural topography. Homes in Oakledge showcase diverse architectural styles, ranging from rustic Adirondack-inspired timber homes to sleek contemporary retreats. Natural wood, stone accents, and expansive decks are prominent throughout the community.

Oakledge features an extraordinary common waterfront area spanning 1,250 feet of shoreline. Facilities include a two-story clubhouse with a stone fireplace, commercial kitchen, and mahogany deck, as well as 13 private furnished waterfront decks along stone walkways. Residents also have access to two sandy beaches, a gas grilling station, dock slips, 37 mooring balls, community kayaks/canoes, and sports courts.

Situated off Route 103B, Oakledge is located just one mile north of Mount Sunapee Resort, providing quick access to alpine skiing in the winter and mountain biking in the summer. Sunapee Harbor and the town center of New London are within a 10-minute drive for everyday shopping and dining.
